Very beautiful and contemporary design of LEED Platinum house consisting of four levels, located on the hills of Mill Valley, California. The house was designed by SB Architects is based in San Francisco, and was built by the famous green builder McDonald Construction. The design of this house and naturally embracing the natural style because it uses natural materials of wood and lighting homes seerti relies heavily on solar power so it’s very energy efficient. Tumah Design is located in the steep hillsides provide a very vertical design with a private life and zone located on a separate floor double. Total interior living space is 2116 square meters while the balconies and decks to take 1567 square meters. Outdoor areas have views of the bay and San Francisco sky outside. Exterior and interior are both done using mostly natural materials. Among the green features of the house are: low-flow fixtures, efficient LED lighting, Energy Star, the entire home automation, solar thermal, solar PV, and many others.
